Review of Alpenwellnesshotel Sesto: A Family-Friendly Retreat in the DolomitesMy family and I recently enjoyed a delightful stay at the Alpenwellnesshotel in Sesto. Nestled beside the ski-lift gondola, this hotel served as a convenient base for exploring the nearby Drei Zinnen Dolomites. The ease of access to the slopes of Europe's largest ski carousel, Dolomiti Superski, truly enhanced our family skiing experience. We opted for a spacious apartment, boasting a terrace with stunning mountain views. The children loved the proximity to local playgrounds, notably Gissa-Waldile, ensuring they always had a place to play and unwind. The on-site wellness area, while modest, provided a comfortable oasis for relaxation after our outdoor adventures. Dining at the hotel was enjoyable. Breakfast and dinner offered high-quality, varied selections, with a buffet style for starters. The staff were consistently helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere for families. We appreciated the ample parking, facilitating our visits to various hiking trails. The Alpenwellnesshotel catered well to families seeking both adventure and relaxation in the breathtaking Dolomites. A memorable retreat indeed.
